HandiCup Doubles

SUNDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2024

The HandiCup is a event at the RLTA, whereby teams are allocated handicaps to allow for even play between all ability types, meaning ANYONE can take home the trophy!

Handicaps are allocated by the RLTA committee based on what they believe will make the competition even. Players for example may be allocated a handicap -3, meaning they will need to win 3 points before reaching love and scoring the game as normal (15, 30, 40 etc.). A player with a positive handicap such as +1 will start the game on 15.

Draws are created based on the number of entries to allow all teams several matches on the day.

One Player of the pair must be a financial member of the Club to participate.

This event is reserved for players who use yellow ball in their lessons and fixtures.
