HandiCup Doubles

27th of November

The HandiCup is a new event at the RLTA, whereby teams are allocated handicaps to allow for even play between all ability types, meaning ANYONE can take home the trophy!

Handicaps are allocated by the RLTA committee based on what they believe will make the competition even. Players for example may be allocated a handicap -3, meaning they will need to win 3 points before reaching love and scoring the game as normal (15, 30, 40 etc.). A player with a positive handicap such as +1 will start the game on 15.

Draws are created based on the number of entries to allow all teams several matches on the day.

When registration for the event opens, event details and the entry form will be added to the events page.
