RLTA History
The RLTA was founded in 1936 on 2 courts adjacent to the Cleveland Primary School. Over the years some very dedicated friends of tennis in the Redlands put many years of hard work into building what is now a wonderful facility at the Showgrounds.

The Association boasts 9 all weather courts, all LED lit, with a large welcoming clubhouse with all amenities. This user friendly facility is located in the heart of the Redland Showgrounds in Cleveland, and has been home to numerous competitions and events over the years. The following is a memorial to all who so selflessly gave their time and energy in creating what we, at times, take for granted today!

If any person reading this has any information, photos or articles about the Association that we can add please contact the RLTA on 0412 123 958. It would be great to keep this page as up to date and accurate as possible! Some of our historical information from 1940 - 1965 is missing and it would appreciated if any one has relevant articles or newspaper clippings of this era please contact us.
